Mass Faculties — the standing bination & trination faculty (canon 905 §2), published to every parish, cluster, and pastorate.

By default the schedule assistant follows the common US standard: a priest may celebrate up to 2 Masses on a weekday and 3 on a Sunday or holy day of obligation. Set your diocese's own faculty here (for example, from your Pagella). A parish's Mass grid then flags only what exceeds it — a priest can always proceed past a warning and record the reason for the chancery.
